Our baseline prices cover standard residential lot dimensions. Properties with larger turf areas, heavy corner lots, severe slopes, or restricted gate clearance require slightly different equipment and time allocations. Standard lots receive immediate confirmed pricing during signup; larger properties receive a fast, transparent quote from staff.

How does the winter snow clearing allowance work?

Every membership tier includes an allowance of up to 20 snow visits per winter season (typically November 15 to April 1). We dispatch automatically when snowfall accumulation reaches our trigger threshold. If a winter exceeds 20 visits, additional clearings are offered at a discounted member per-visit rate.

What items are excluded from membership plans?

Standard exclusions include: Salt and ice-melt materials (available on request, invoiced per application); Materials including mulch, topsoil, sod, seed, and replacement plants; Major landscaping, hardscaping, grading, or tree-removal construction; Excess work beyond included seasonal visit caps or 2-labour-hour limits (priced separately upon approval). These items can always be quoted and scheduled as supplemental services.

Will I ever be billed for additional work without my consent?

Never. Titan Turf enforces a strict zero-surprise policy. Any service outside your included plan scope requires your explicit advance approval before crew dispatch or payment processing.

How are my property photos and personal details kept secure?

Accepted Answer

Photos and property records are stored in private cloud storage and are accessed exclusively by authorized staff via temporary signed URLs. Field crews view only the necessary job notes for their assigned daily route. We never sell customer records or share private photos.

What happens if my property requires an 'Under Review' assessment?

Accepted Answer

If our initial address validation identifies an unusual lot shape or steep terrain, your file is flagged for rapid satellite review by our dispatch manager. No credit card is charged and no agreement is finalized until you are presented with the confirmed quote and give your approval.
