We group customers into dedicated neighbourhood routes so crews can deliver timely, consistent service. If a route reaches capacity, you will have the option to join our priority waitlist.

Windsor is our primary operational hub. Adjacent routes are actively being surveyed and are marked as provisional while route capacity is finalized with the owner.

How route assignment works

Address-level eligibility and route density checks will run automatically during online signup. If your street is just outside our current borders, reach out to us. We review expansion routes based on local demand.
