Subscription Terms and Policies
Extra Walks
Additional walks are priced at $35 CAD each and require explicit customer approval. Extra walks are never auto-billed.
Additional Dog
Second dog from the same household walks together for a $15 CAD surcharge per session.
Cancellations
Reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours advance notice without consuming your walk allowance.
Unused Walks
Included walk allowances expire at the end of each billing period to preserve dedicated schedule capacity.
GPS tracking and live route updates are coming soon. Current walk summaries include timing, bathroom events, water intake, and walker notes.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are walks private or conducted in groups?
Every walk is strictly private. Your dog walks one-on-one with their assigned walker. We never pack walk unfamiliar dogs together. Dogs from the same household can walk together with an additional dog surcharge.
How long is each walk?
Each walk is a full 60 minutes. Walker travel time to and from your home is completely separate and never deducted from your dog's walking time.
What is the meet and greet process?
Before any service begins, we schedule a free in-person meet and greet at your home. This allows us to meet your dog, review leash manners and routines, confirm medical details, and test access instructions.
What happens if the weather is severe?
During extreme heat, thunderstorms, or severe winter conditions, walks are modified for pet safety. We may shorten outdoor time and spend the remaining time indoors with mental enrichment and care, or reschedule with zero loss of walk allowance.
What is your cancellation and reschedule policy?
You may cancel or reschedule any scheduled walk with at least 24 hours advance notice through your portal. Late cancellations within 24 hours consume one walk credit.
Do unused walks roll over to the next month?
Walk allowances are monthly and expire at the end of each billing period. This structure allows us to guarantee dedicated walker availability for your reserved times.
Can I request additional walks?
Yes. Extra walks outside your monthly allowance can be requested through your portal at $35 per walk. Extra walks always require your explicit prior approval and are never auto-billed.
How are door codes and house keys handled?
Access codes are encrypted at rest. Codes are released to your assigned walker only during the scheduled walk arrival window on the day of service.
