To keep recurring membership rates honest and fair for everyone, the following items are not bundled into standard monthly pricing:
• Agreement term: 12-month service agreement paid in monthly instalments. Prices in Canadian Dollars (CAD) plus applicable taxes.
• Property sizing: Quoted prices apply to standard residential lots. Properties with oversized turf, extreme slopes, or restricted access are reviewed by staff prior to agreement confirmation.
• Extra work policy: No surprise fees. Any work requested outside of the agreed plan scope is quoted in advance and requires explicit customer approval.
Up to 20 snow visits included per winter season on every plan. Driveways and walkways cleared promptly when snowfall triggers accumulate.
Each seasonal cleanup and shrub-trimming visit includes up to 2 labour-hours per property, ensuring thorough care.
Additional paid work is never executed or charged without your explicit approval in advance.
Properties with non-standard dimensions, steep embankments, or restricted gate access are reviewed by staff to verify safety and equipment compatibility.
